At Business Bee Enterprises, we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is seamless and satisfactory. Our Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for the shipment of products purchased from our online store.

1. Shipping and Delivery - India

We are pleased to offer shipping services across all pin codes in India. To ensure timely and secure delivery of your orders, we have partnered with reputable logistics providers.

2. Order Dispatch

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 working day.
Notification: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking details. In the event of any delays in processing your order, we will notify you promptly.

3. Order Tracking

Upon dispatch, an email will be sent to you with a Tracking URL and Airway Bill (AWB) number. You can use this information to monitor the real-time status of your order.

4. Order Delivery

Delivery Timeframe:
- Metro Cities: Deliveries are typically made within 2-3 days from the date of dispatch.
- Non-Metro Cities: Deliveries usually occur within 5-7 days from the date of dispatch.
Unforeseen Delays: While we strive for prompt delivery, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. We recommend tracking your order using the details provided in your email.
OTP Verification: A 10-digit Indian mobile number is mandatory to receive a package delivery within India, as our logistics partners follow an OTP-based delivery system. Failure to receive the OTP may lead to non-delivery of the package, which is beyond our control and can incur additional charges if the package returns to our warehouse. An additional shipping charge will be borne by the customer to reship the package.

5. Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: We offer free shipping for all prepaid orders within India.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A shipping charge of ₹125 is applicable for all COD orders within India.

6. International Orders (Outside of India)

Shipping Charges: International shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the products in your order and will be automatically added to your cart at checkout.
Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU): Our shipping charges are on a DDU basis. All product prices and shipping charges on our website are exclusive of import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by your country. Please ensure payment of import duties to receive your order upon arrival. Failure to do so may result in your order being held at customs or returned to our warehouse. In such cases, we will not be able to refund the shipping charges if it returns to us and will also deduct the charges for the return.
Delivery Timeframe: International orders generally take about 10-15 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination country. However, it might take longer due to customs clearance formalities, post office formalities, and other procedures depending on your country's customs processes.
