Q: How long will my order take for delivery?

Q: How do I track my order?

As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email at support@ornaora.com with your tracking number and an active link to track it live.

Q: At what time of the day will my order be delivered?

Once your package is out for delivery, you will receive a call from our logistics partner to confirm the delivery time. Packages are delivered using OTP verification, so keep your phone handy for this purpose.

Q: What happens if I miss my order/package delivery?

Every order is attempted thrice for delivery before it returns to our warehouse. Prepaid orders that are undelivered can be reshipped for ₹125, borne by the customer. If canceled, a refund coupon code will be issued after deducting ₹250 for 'to & fro' shipping charges.

Q: Which logistics/courier service do you ship through?

We have partnered with reputed logistics providers like Delhivery Pvt. Ltd., Ecom Express, and Xpressbees for shipping within India.

International

Q: How long will my order take for delivery?

Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours. Delivery typically takes 7-20 days, depending on the destination country. For delays, contact us at support@ornaora.com.

Once fulfilled, you will receive a tracking link via email and on your order page for live tracking.

Q: What are the shipping charges for my country?

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product weight. All orders are on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid).

Q: Who pays customs/import duty for my parcel?

The recipient is responsible for customs and import duties. Non-payment may result in the package being stuck at customs or returned to our warehouse.

Q: What are the payment options and charges?

We accept Debit/Credit cards, Net banking, Bank Transfers, or PayPal for international orders. All transactions are SSL-certified and secure.

Q: What should I do if I don’t receive my parcel in time?

Q: Is Cash on Delivery (COD) service available?

Yes, COD is available across India for ₹125. It is not available for international orders.
